After having the General Grabber A/TX&on my stock/no-lift 2006 Forester for a week or so, unquestioningly the right tire for me... mostly country 2-lane, dirt and small-city driving for groceries and appointments with hiway driving less than a day each month. A smooth and civilized version of an All Terrain tire, the A/TX reaches right up there to the top of the choices for a strong, resilient, good tracking, comfortable and easy-handling tire. Be aware that because your Forester is going to have a much better grip/bite on the road(s), you should keep an eye (and ear) out for suspension parts that may need tightening and/or repair... more grip will equal more torque on Sway Bar Links, Struts and such. For me, these tires are near perfect for my purpose... a good, country get around tire that has no problem handling freeways and long, hiway-speed travelling. I would have liked no decrease in MPG, but 2-3 miles per gallon less is worth it for what I need in all the other areas for travel. *Always consult a mechanic or tire specialist prior to non-OEM parts. ** I am not a rep or employee and this video is not sponsored. -danseamanfmx/localafprods '21 music: paid service @Windows Library "Weekend Getaway"
