Volvo S40 Valve Cover Replacement 1.6 petrol (Ford Focus mk2 engine)

Here is a guide on how to replace the valve cover gasket on a Volvo S40 1.6 petrol engine. This will also work for mk2 Ford Focus as they share the same engine.
