Erik Satie - Gnossienne no. 1 - 2 - 3

Erik Satie’s No.1-2-3 Gnossiennes were composed betweeen 1890 and 1893. They have no bar lines, no time signatures.. It was quite radical in that era, more “avant-garde” in a way. You can hear it clearly that these pieces are not thematically developed yet same motives are repeated over and over again. #gynompedies
