Fix Kali Linux apt-get update and Can't Install libcurl4-openssl-dev lib-ssl-dev zlib1g-dev

Are trying to install hxcdumptool or hcxpcaptool? but you need to Install libcurl4-openssl-dev lib-ssl-dev zlib1g-dev in your kali linux? but have an error? The main problem is the repository, you need to update it with command # apt-get update but the command throw an error, it&because no online repositories available.
