This is a comparison of Bowers & Wilkins 685 s2 and KEF R500 loudspeakers sound in my living room. Recordings were made in a normal living room of about 40 square meters (about 430 square feet). The room has a kitchen annex and an entrance hall. Speakers were located 1 meter / 3.3 feet from the front wall. The distance from the speakers to the listening position was 2.7 meters / 9 feet. The distance between the speakers is 2.5 meters / 3 feet. Neumann KM183 microphones were mounted on a tripod at the listening position at about ear height of a seating person. All videos on this channel were made using the same amplifier and microphones.
