Homemade cheese, ghar par cheese banane ka aasan tarika, cheese cubes, how to make cheese at home, cheese recipe, process cheese ghar par banane ka tarika, slice cheese ------------ Yield of Recipe : 320 to 340g Prep. & Cooking time :- 15 - 20 minutes Setting Time :- 5 to 6 Hours ------------ INGREDIENTS Milk (Raw) - 2 liters (Cow/ buffalo) Lemon juice/ vinegar - 5 to 6 tbsp FOR MAKING PROCESSED CHEESE :- Fresh cheese - 240 g (from 2 liters milk) Citric Acid - 1 tsp (5g) Baking Soda - 1 tsp (5g) Water - 1 tbsp Salted Butter - 1/4 cup (50g) Milk (Boiled)- 1/3 cup (80 ml) Salt - 1/4 tsp or as per taste ------------ Method :- 1. Heat milk in a vessel on low heat, stir continuosly, keep checking temperature. it should be between 45 to 50 degree celcius or luke warm , once the milk luke warm or reach on defined temperature, switch off the flame and add the Vinegar/ lemon juice gradually, stir until the milk starts to curdle and the whey separated from the milk solids. 2.
