It&normal for succulents or any plants have dry leaves at the bottom. it&mean they are growing . Old leaves die new leaves grow and the circles will continue . I prefer my Crassula Perforata have leaves at their entire length . I fixed the looks and I propagated it at the same time . #succulentes
