Ford Explorer Sport Oil Pressure Sensor Replacement - 3.5 EcoBoost

This is a quick video showing the location and replacement of the oil pressure sensor (I kept calling it a switch in the video - sorry about that) on a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport with the 3.5L EcoBoost motor. I assume most U502 explorers from 2011-2019 probably have a similar location for the sensor. This seems to be a common fault item whether they were not fully tightened from the factory, fail from normal usage or the signal fails due to oil contamination in the connector. (the sensor is almost directly below the oil fill cap on the head so it&possible careless filling could seep oil on the connector) This video is for informational purposes only and any questions should be directed to professional Ford service advisors to ensure your motor does not have a mechanical oil pressure issue which could cause catastrophic failure.
