Have you heard of Tummo breathing? It&an ancient Tibetan meditation used to generate heat inside of the body. However, the original Tummo breathing technique has gone through so many alterations throughout time, appearing now days as a pale imitation of it&original version. There have also been misunderstandings regarding the meaning of the name itself, leading people to call similar meditations - Tummo aka Inner-fire, a title only meant for the original meditation. I&pieced together to the best of my ability the full method, and I believe - based on my sources, that this Tummo meditation is most defiantly the correct one. I&talking old sources lol.
