Discount code below. Hi. I tested this incubator out for a company that reached out to me. My hatch was pretty good for a first time use. I got 11/16 or 69% hatch rate. We did a dry hatch on this one, as we do with all of our other incubators. We dry hatch, so no added humidity the first 18 days, then from day 18-21 keep it at 60-80% humidity. You want a constant temperature of 38.1 Celsius or 100.5 Fahrenheit. I&be testing this out a few more time to get an average and I&update it here. I never had a temperature drop the whole 21 days. I only had to add water twice during lockdown. I used the bottle it came with and used roughly 1 and a half bottles total. Pros: It&small so it&efficient. Easy to use and set up. Comes with a DC jumper cable for a battery. Adjustable turners (good for different sized eggs). Has a temperature alarm. You can calibrate the temperature and add an offset if needed. Cost, it&priced very low for an automatic incubator. Cons: The power cord that comes with it isn&long enough for a floor outlet, best to use with extension cord or a counter outlet. Need to use the Styrofoam, so it&hard to see a hydrometer to monitor the humidity. I had to use a hydrometer with sensor on it. Only comes in Celsius. I like to dig into things and know how things work. I looked into the power consumption on this and it uses a max of 30 watts and hour. At 30 watts an hour that 720 watts a day or 15,120 watts in the 21 days need to incubate. That&15...
