If you install gamedata from my link than you need to go to gamedata/config folder and there you will find a text file called "alife" Open it with notped and find where it says "time_factor" It is set to 1, you need to set it to 6 This sets how many in-game seconds will pass per 1 real-life second This can mess us first aid heal system if it¬ set to 6 (i forgot it was set to 1 real second in life = 1 second in game) that means the healing will not work as it should.
