Бухгалтерские формулы и функции в Excel
In this tutorial, let us learn about a small data hack in Primavera P6. While dealing with Primavera P6, you will likely copy-paste schedule directly from P6 into Excel for further analyzing. we have to deal with few complications while doing this. like when you copy this schedule into excel, some of the cells will be filled with non-date format. This is caused by the suffix "A” for activities that have an actual date, and an “*” for activities that have some sort of constraint applied So when you want to compare with the last updated schedule to find the variances in excel, you would be subtracting the current dates from previous dates. you would need to replace the letter A with blank, like this to convert it to date format. But, you might be facing problem to strip the “*” off. press Ctrl+H, In the find/replace statement, use the string as ~*~ to find, because if we use only *, it will replace the entire string. So in this way you can convert your fields into date formats for better analysis. If you have enjoyed this tutorial, please give me a like, share and comment.
