Yet despite their marketing, this DTS Sound Unbound feature has been unusable as it creates a static-like, cracking noise when enabled with &Sound Unbound' After numerous attempts to contact and establish communication with DTS and Logitech as well as Microsoft on this matter, neither of the two company (Logitech and DTS) have provided a fix and proper support to affected customers.
