LECA to PON using DIY LECHUZA PON Mix | Converting Mini Monstera Plant to PON with Self-Watering Po

I have some plants in LECA and most of them love the LECA life but LECA has a CON and if there&one thing I don’t like about LECA is that big or trailing plants are getting inconvenient to flush biweekly. This made me think to move them to PON. I did more research and found out I can actually make my own using: 2 parts lava rock 2 parts pumice 1 part zeolite (Btw, I had to supplement the mix with liquid fertilizer since the original Lechuza Pon mix comes with slow release fertilizer.) So here’s the recipe to my homemade Lechuza pon mix-like substrate and how I converted mini monstera (tetrasperma) from LECA to Pon using a self-watering pot setup.
