Need for Speed Payback frame rate comparison testing the fps on PS4, PS4 Pro, Xbox One and Xbox One X. The version tested was 1.10 on the PS4 consoles and 1.0.338.3483 on the Xbox One consoles. The desync during the cutscenes at 2:43 and 8:18 seems to be due to the game slowing down on the Xbox One consoles. There may be some time of day variance in parts of this comparison. Timestamps 0:00 - PS4 Pro and Xbox One X 5:35 - PS4 and Xbox One Xbox One uses a dynamic resolution with the lowest resolution found being approximately 1440x810 and the highest resolution found being 1600x900. Pixel counts at 1600x900 are common on Xbox One. Xbox One X uses a dynamic resolution with the lowest resolution found being approximately 3115x1752 and the highest resolution found being 3456x1944. Pixel counts at 3456x1944 seem to be common on Xbox One X. PS4 uses a dynamic resolution with the lowest resolution found being approximately 1760x990 and the highest resolution found being 1920x1080. Pixel counts below 1920x1080 seem to be rare on PS4. When outputting at 2160p, the PS4 Pro appears to use a form of checkerboard rendering and a dynamic resolution with the lowest resolution found being approximately 2880x1620 and the highest resolution found being 3200x1800. Pixel counts below 3200x1800 seem to be rare on PS4 Pro when outputting at 2160p. PS4 Pro renders at a native resolution of 1920x1080 when outputting at 1080p with forced supersampling disabled.
