Rigol amazing service DM3068

Rigol says that this behavior is within spec. Amazing level of ignorance. For those fho write in the comments that this behavior is ok, no it is not. I finally got it exchanged after fighting with Rigol more than 6 months in total + few months of break as I got full of this in the middle of this battle. They replaced my pristine almost unused meter (as it was travelling back and forth all the time) with some rather dirty "refub", although I doubt refub is right word for this, "used" would be the right word. At least it works normally and seem to be within spec according to My Agilent 34461A which I bought after lost all the faith in Rigol.
