Adding mouse buttons in the Macro Manager in Redragon Impact may not be as straight forward as it can be. You have to combine the record button with then stopping the macro recording, then pressing the mouse action button on the right to add the specific mouse button you want to record. Then use record after to add more keyboard keys back into the macro recording. You have to remember to delete the up arrow for the action if you want to leave the key pressed down in the macro as well.
