Remove the Table of Contents from the Table of Contents in Microsoft Office Word

Recently I was writing a report for school and for some reason the table of contents was being shown in the table of contents. Since everyone knows where the table of contents is then there is no need to state what page it is on. In this video I show how to make it not appear in the table of contents.
