GTA San Andreas - Rare Spawn - Biker Drug Dealer

I finally found the Biker Drug Dealer, I&been playing the game for so long and this is the first time I&actually seen him. I started the recording immediately after the Drug Dealer asked C.J. to buy drugs, so I missed a little bit at the beginning. I just walked around a lot to see what else he would say. I edited together several different segments because I was using the free version of Fraps, which only records 30 seconds at a time, so what you&seeing is not continuous, but it&the same drug dealer. It was a legitimate game with no cheats and no mods. I just happened upon him by chance. This is the PC version of San Andreas. v1.0
