MXR M80 Bass D.I. Plus sound comparison video

Hey guys! By request I did some runs with my new pre-amp, the Bass D.I.+ from MXR. This baby sounds great, the &is the real magic. Listen and compare for yourself! You&hearing an Ibanez SR705, both pickups, flat EQ on the bass itself (it&active), plugged directly into this baby. This baby is connected to my Tascam US-144 audio interface via its direct output (XLR), and it&also getting power from the Tascam through the same XLR cable via the phantom power feature. Saves you another cable when recording!
