Took me so long... Basically, to get Tusk Act 3 you have to be under 100 HP with Act 2, then you press H which will activate &Determination&and there is a very low chance Jesus will appear. It may take minutes or even hours while continuously doing this until Jesus appears. Once jesus appears, you accept his blessing or something then you get Act 3 by pressing ']'
