In today&45 MINUTE total body strength and cardio workout we&be utilizing the 2 -- 1-- and NONE format....moving from a 2 dumbbell exercise to a 1 dumbbell exercise and ending with a NO dumbbell exercise in EACH circuit. So EFFECTIVE and EFFICIENT. Definitely of my favorite formats to maximize strength and cardio in a full body workout. This total body workout is around 45 minutes long, and flies by one circuit at time!! I have included a warm-up and cool down in today&video, so all you need to do is grab your dumbbells, water bottle and towel.
