Medela Supplemental Nursing System (SNS) - Very basic how to instructions

Sharing a clip I sent to a friend when I gave her my supply line system to trial. This covers basics on how I used the Medela Supplemental Nursing System and what worked for me. As someone with Insufficient Glandular Tissue, supply lines was just one tool in my kit to manage mixed feeding successfully untill my 2nd baby was 5 months old. It simply isn&true. At my peak, on Motilium, Fenugreek, drinking my weight in water and eating brewers yeast biscuits the most I pumped after skipping a feed was 80mL which was HUGE for me.
