Ginger - 1 inch piece 4. Green chilli- as required 5. Cloves - 3nos 6. Cinnamon stick - 1 inch piece 7. Star anise - 1 no Basmati rice - 1 cup Kasuri methi - few Salt Coriander leaf Steps: 1. Fry all in cooker in ghee. 2. Add the grinded mixture. 3. Fry until raw smell goes. Add 1 cup soaked rice. 4. Add 1.5 cups of water with kasuri methi and required salt. 5. Close the cooker and wait for 3 whistles. 6. Add chopped coriander leaves.
