1999 Panasonic NV-VZ1A VHS-C Camcorder Tape Rewind

Rewinding a tape on a 1999 Panasonic VHS-C camcorder. One of the first silver-era Panasonic VHS-C camcorders (the NV-RX24, NV-RX24B (February 1999) and NV-RX27 appear to be the first).
