[FIX] Spiderman Remastered PC - Crash to Desktop from Start Menu [FIX]

Finally found a fix. This is for store/retail/seas version of the game. You must disable Hyperthreading if you can get in-game with the fix that I show here, but is running at 5-10FPS and freezing on you. Sorry for audio issues.
