Intel Core i5 12400 VS Intel Core i7 9700k - Intel Core i5 12400 benchmark. In this review, we test the new Intel Core i5 12400 cpu comparing it with the Intel Core i7 9700k cpu. The i5 -12400 is the new processor that can fit into Z690 chipset based motherboards, featuring the new LGA 1700 socket. The new processors is part of the Intel 12th generation desktop Core cpu lineup, codenamed Alder Lake. In this particular benchmark the intel cpu was installed into ASUS Prime Z690-A motherboard. While the i7 9700K cpu was maunted into ASRocK Z370 Taichi. Here, more precisily we find the cpu specifications and the system tests follow used in benchmarks.
