New Colt King Cobra Issues.....again

Looks like my new King Cobra is going to make another trip back to Colt. Colt has repaired twice. Hoped it was fixed, but it was not. After shooting different ammo (38 Special, 38 Special +P, and 357 Magnum) of different brands and bullet weights, after about 50 rounds (48 to be exact) the extraction and cylinder closing issues returned.
