P1135 Sensor Replacement

How to deal with a P1135 error code on select Lexus and Toyota vehicles. In this video, I&dealing with my 2002 Lexus RX300 which received a CEL and VSC code on the dash. After running a diagnostic, I received code P1135 which reads "A/F Heater Circuit Malfunction."
