Royalty Line RL-PKM1900.7BG Mixer - pastry kneading test.

There were surprisingly little videos of this mixer making actual food so I thought I&add one of my own in case you are considering buying it. This is the Royalty Line Mixer/food processor with 6.5 liter metal bowl. It comes with 1.5 liter glass liquidiser and a meat grinder attachment. We bought this one at a local shop for €240. In this test I started with 410g flour and 270g water and turned it on at the slowest speed (speed 1 out of 6). It took 1.5 minutes to turn the mix into dough. Theoretical capacity of the mixer is about 1.2kg of flour.
