The zero-stop turret is designed so that after initially setting the zero for your rifle at your chosen distance, you can still shoot at a different distance in the future when dialling on more elevation to compensate for the drop of the bullet. Still, you can instantly return back to your original zero distance set-up with the unique design in the turret that stores your initial zero. In this video, the shooter uses an irregular method by first calibrating with the replacement turret and then setting the zero-stop with a tailored turret. (Normally, we calibrate with the original turret which has the zero-stop function. And then use the tailored replacement turret.) He tells us how to set zero-stop to the position that we want. The schedule is as follows: 0:00 -2:57 how to use the adjustment turret 2:58 - 4:18 replace with a zero-stop turret 4:19 - 9:55 how to use zero-stop Hope the video will help you to learn more about setting zero-stop on 34mm Continental 4-24x56 FFP riflescope (SCFF-29).
