F.A.S.T. (Fully Automated Stud Tensioner)

The Fully Automated Stud Tensioner from FASTORQ incorporates ZipNut® technology to slide on and off the bolts in any bolted joint. This maximizes safety since no human intervention is required at the tool. It also minimizes the amount of time required to loosen and tighten bolts in any flange saving 90% plus of the time required with other tools. The entire 24-bolt tightening sequence in the video is completed in 4 minutes! The tool can be used topside on riser connections as well as subsea on piping connections.
