Bloodborne - How To Do The Most Visceral Attack Damage Possible

1. Clawmark runes (10/20/30) - equip em all. 2. Gems - the gems in your weapon influence the strength of your VAs. Only physical atk gems will boost them. The higher the better. You&do just fine with 27.2s -- but the very best gems for viscerals are ones that give a little extra &when you&at full health... Madman gems: The ones I have found to be the best are shown in the video here: You can find these gems by backstabbing the madman on layer 2 of cursed Pthumeru Ihyll here while wearing eye runes and pulling your hair out.
