Spaghetti Alla Bottarga | Pasta Using Bottarga (Cured Fish Roe Pasta)

Today, I&made pasta using bottarga (Italian style cured fish roe)! This is also a pasta I learned while I was working in a nice Osteria in Seoul, South Korea. (I learned so much in a short period of time now that I think about it hahaha) It&a very simple pasta, and it lets the bottarga speak for itself. There is another version of this pasta that I&learned that uses bottarga and uni/sea urchin together, which is also delicious. I will make a video on that version when I get a chance to get a hold of some good quality uni/sea urchin! It uses less bottarga than this, so you could say that flavour of bottarga is stronger in this pasta.
