XFX R7950 DD (Radeon HD 7950) Shadow of the Tomb Raider issues [PART 5]

Glitches and rendering issues only on DX11. The game works perfectly on DX12. What&happened here? The card all stock clocks and stable gaming. The card is an XFX R7950 Double Dissipation FX-795A-TDFC Ver E.0 800Mhz gpu core 1250Mhz memory PC: *CPU Intel i5 2500 all stock *MOTHER MSI H61M-P21 B3 with last BIOS updated *8GB RAM DDR3 KINGSTON FURY 1333Mhz *HDDs Western Digital and Samsung *OS Windows 10 2004 version updated *GPU Driver AMD Radeon Adrenalin 2020 20.7.2 (with preview drivers i have the same problem --- DX11 glitches --- DX12 works perfectly)
