Today, we are doing a 30 minute traditional barre workout for beginners, so if you’re looking for a barre workout - 30 minutes for full body, this video is for you! Hello everyone! I am so excited to launch Barre on the Club Forme YouTube Channel. To kick things off, we are doing a six class challenge, where I will give you an introduction on the variety of Barre classes I&be offering moving forward. To start, we will be trying a traditional Barre class! You will need some kind of support for today&class - so either a sturdy chair, ballet barre, kitchen bench top or table. A barre workout exercise class involves elements of Pilates, yoga and ballet, focusing on low-impact, high-intensity movements that are designed to add strength to your body in unique ways that are different from other workouts. Not only does a traditional barre workout help to build your strength, it also works to enhance flexibility and agility.
