00:00 Unboxing & pattern demo 02:24 Default bass synth patches so first things first: this thing sounds great. just wanted to do a quick demo of some of the default patterns, as well as bass synth patches on this new groovebox from Sonicware. the liven bass & beats is a sequencer, drum machine, bass synth etc., with patterns consisting of a drum track and a monophonic wavetable based synth engine. the drum kits, as well as bass patches, are customizable and can be edited using the device itself, and drum kits also have the option for additional effects or melodic samples to create full, complex patterns and tracks. drum sounds range from classic techno to drum and bass or dubstep friendly kits, lofi and trance or house kits, and tons more. like any good groovebox, there is parameter recording and locking by step, full midi and clock in/out functions, pattern chaining, a load of effects and performance tools, and more. check out Sonicware&website for more deets, and check the manual for the bass&beats for a list of artists who contributed to the default patterns demoed here, but for now, enjoy the patterns and some messing about with the default bass synth patches! no talking, no nonsense, just bass goodness. also, keep an eye out for more videos on this soon, probably along the lines of a quick review, and some music making using this bad boy. :3
