Lexus RX330 Air Bag Light Case Study and OCS Reset with Snapon Scanner

In this video I scan Lexus RX 330 with an airbag light on. I find codes in the airbag module that leads me to the occupant classification module. The occupant classification module had a code for collision detected. The vehicle had not been in any accident. I perform the Occupant classification system reset and the codes did not return. After the vehicle left the shop I did some more research and found a TSB from Lexus that mentions a new seat frame may be require if the passenger is over a certain weight. The service bulletin only applies to early build vehicles and the later ones already had the updated seat frame. I used a Snapon Modis Edge for the reset and I used the 18.2 software.
