Forza Motorsport 7 WIN 10 launch problem (FIX)

I bought the game in microsoft store at black friday and had the same problem as meny other people have had with the game not launching. I contaktet microsoft twice with no help. Did not want to uninstall and reinstall a 100gb game. I did reinstall my windows 10, but did not help. this carpack solution works fine so i can run the game, but it needs to be fixed properly by Microsoft or turn 10!
