Replacing CHEVY COBALT 08 STARTER

My car would make one click when I’d turn the key and that was it I would jumó start it I wouldn’t get much power once it would turn on I turned it off and wouldn’t start back up but I would get power to the windows radio and dash so if you have power to those things and hear one click it’s your starter that’s not operating as it should
