Let me trick you - HIIT / Cardio is easy today! No need to learn a choreo. We do standard exercises on good mood music - which is basicaaaally like a normal HIIT session, but 200% more fun ♥︎ / Werbung Time will fly by with the amazing music. And you won’t even notice that you did lots of High Knees, Quick Feet, Jumping Jacks & Mountain Climbers :D It is definitely so much easier than a standard HIIT routine - but the exercises are the same! ▸ HIIT / Cardio moves, matched on happy music ▸ not dancy, no choreo ▸ SO FUN!
