In this video, we run through Maya and Mono One from Monomono, plus Chiral from Fors Max 4 Live devices. All 3 synths work on Ableton Push 3 Standalone and all 3 sound better than their price suggests. Also put all 3 together in short track to show how they sit alongside each other in real production context, so you can hear how these Max 4 Live devices actually perform when music starts moving. MONO ONE is faithful Roland SH-101 recreation that works beautifully as mono bass or lead synth, with spread dial that makes real difference. CHIRAL is in different world entirely. It uses phase shaping oscillator and has space and gravity section that produces some seriously unusual sounds in best possible way.
