Non-standard for telecaster pickguard together with the vintage sunburst make this Fender Telecaster Custom ’72 special among other instruments. Sound: The characteristic feature of this telecaster is humbacker at the neck position. This pickup sounds softly, and it is pleasant on drive. There is a knob with 3 positions. The middle position of the knob allows switching both single and humbacker at the same time – a very interesting sound. Ash board and maple neck with maple fingerboard gives this instrument more brightness, preserving the thick tone. This sound peculiarity can be referred to as vintage sound.
