Role up all the happiness, all the kindness, and all the love for your special one into this gorgeous Swiss Roll 😋 Recipe right here ♥ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients: - All Purpose Flour - 200g - Soda Bi-carb - 1/2 teaspoon - Baking Powder - 2 teaspoon - Condensed Milk - 260g - Butter - 120g - Vanilla Essence - 1 teaspoon - Milk - 80ml - Red Food Colour - Strawberries - Whipped Cream Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, soda bi carb, and baking powder) and sieve thrice. Take a mixing bowl, add condensed milk and butter. Beat till it is light and fluffy. Then, add milk, vanilla essence, and dry mix. Mix properly to make a smooth batter. Split the batter into two equal parts. Add red food colour into one. Take two piping and fill them with the two batters separately. Place baking paper in a baking tray and alternately pipe each batter. Pre-heat the oven at 160°C and bake it for 8 to 10 minutes. Place butter paper on the baked cake and unmould on a wet napkin. Remove the butter paper from the cake and roll it. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Unroll the cake, apply whipped cream and place strawberry pieces on it. Roll again and refrigerate for an hour to set properly. Garnish with whipped cream and strawberries.
