How to Enable Epic Games and Fortnite 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)

If I helped you, like and subscribe :D To enable two-factor authentication go to the Epic Games website and click on Sign-In in the top right corner. Enter your email address, then your password, and click on Log In Now. Hover over your account name in the top right corner and click on Account. Click on Password & Security. Scroll down to Two-Factor Authentication. You will see three available options: authenticator app, SMS (Texting) authentication, or email authentication. First, we will show you how to enable the authenticator app. Note that you can only have one type of two-factor authentication enabled on your account at one time. In order to enable this, click on Enable Authenticator App. A pop-up will appear outlining the three easy steps you need to take to get the authenticator app enabled. You will need to download an authenticator app on your smartphone to be able to complete this process. In this example, we’ll be using the Google Authenticator app on Android. Note that the process will be slightly different on iOS devices. Open the app and tap on Begin. Tap on Scan a Barcode. Scan the QR code on your screen. Tap on Add Account. Remember the code on your phone. The code will refresh every so often for additional security. Enter the six digit code in the pop-up and click Activate.
