X Plane 11 | XPUIPC Issues | Is Anyone Else Having This Same Issue?

I continue to have issues when i have XPUIPC installed, which effects my lights and trim wheel. I have prepared a short video regarding my issue and if someone can assist me on why this is happening i would really appreciate this assistance. The plane on this video is a 737 Zibo, livery is from Vatstar. I am utilizing Forkboy custom scenery - Ortho New England and i installed Boston Logan Airport from Misterx6.
