It is probably filmed in the moscow underground station. I think its a wonderful instrumental of Kukushka, a song which originally is from Wiktor Tsoi (Wiktor Zoi) and was covered also by Polina Garina for the Film "Battle for Sevastopol". i cant speak russian, but autotranslation told me the name of this musician could be Irina Borisova. Instrument: bayan/accordeon
