Ayaka sent the Traveler a letter on her birthday, but the message seemed a bit lonely. Looks like it’s time for another moonlight picnic! 🍡 One of the biggest waifu’s in Genshin is finally here! I hope all the Ayaka lovers are happy with this one. I tried my best to capture her sweet and humble personality. Ayaka’s not a character I often give much thought, to be honest, but over the course of writing and performing this script, I started to feel a lot more attached. I guess I’ll have to pull for her next time she comes around! Honestly I feel like this is one of the most enchanting soundscapes I’ve made for a video. Slowing down the music track felt like a stroke of genius, it completely changed the energy of the whole piece. I’m gonna have to experiment some more in the future! I’m glad her letter fit into the picnic idea I already had 😆 Should I start reading every birthday letter from now on? I could definitely get out a short, at least.
