Today I made a batch of these wonderful breakfast crumpets! These make a wonderful alternative to a slice of toast in the morning…lovely straight from the toaster with a good scrape of butter :) and maybe a wee bit of jam too! Very easy to make and requires basic ingredients…simple and delicious. Everything I used will be listed below, -Cheryl x ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ What I used - My rings were 9cm (in diameter) and 3cm deep.
