Epiphone ES-339 vs Dot

This is a shoot out between 2 semi-hollow body guitars made by Epiphone. Both are great guitars and both sound really different. Everything is stock. Body size: 339 is smaller, obviously. It&more comfortable to play compared to the dot. Scale length: same Pickups: 339 has Epiphone Probuckers, dot has Epiphone Alnico Classic Pro. The 339 sounds more snappy, like PAFs, and has a great bite when playing crunch. The Dot is more warm, great for jazz. 339 allows for coil split but Dot doesn't. Neck profile: 339 feels slimmer. Tuners: 339 has Grover vintage style Kluson tuners. Dot has Grover butterbean tuners.
